Rudy has been adopted! 01-09-2011

Female about 0 old.

This adorable pup was adopted from a high kill shelter and then rejected by the adopters when they found out that he had a cold. We raced to scoop him up and are so happy that we did. Rudy is great with other dogs, already walks well on a leash, has demonstrated a good grasp of where to go potty.

While he has tons of fun, he also is a very solid, calm little guy. He's going to be a large boy based on the size of his knuckles & feet. Rudy has been with his foster mom over the holidays and got to go on a big road trip where he proved to be a wonderful passenger. He has met lots of other dogs and gone on off leash walks - he sticks close to his pack and doesn't care to take off.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
