Sasha has been adopted! 12-03-2006

This lovely white shepherd is Sasha! She is an all around great dog. Rescued from a county animal shelter, after having pups, she is very thankful to be in a loving foster home. (Sasha is the mom to Simon, Carly, Bindy and Skye---who all found wonderful homes!)

Here are some notes from her foster family:


She's good with cats. ignores them!

She's great with kids. watches over them......

She is just now getting introduced to other dogs. When she feels a little better we'll take her to the dog park and continue to socialize her!

She is learning basic obedience and is mastering good leash skills!

She's house and crate trained!

She had a bath yesterday and her coat came out absolutely gorgeous...course, but sleek.

She needs to put on a little weight and will be absolutely gorgeous when she does!

Just an all-around great dog who needs TLC to build up her confidence.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
