Jill has been adopted! 09-10-2016
This sweet little girl, who likely just turned 3 years old, was pregnant when rescued and is the mother of our Q litter of pups, all of whom were adopted long ago. This cutie walks well on a leash, doesn't go looney tunes when she sees other dogs (just doesn't want them in her face), knows how to relax in the house and would love to be your best friend. Sadly, Jill has had a run in with other dogs where she didn't fare so well, but is physically doing great. Because of this incident, she is scared of other dogs and needs to be the only dog in your home. She may, however, be able to once again socialize with other dogs with the help of a trainer. Jill ADORES people, blankets and toys... especially balls! She has waited a long time for her happily ever after; could that forever home be with you?
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
